2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel in real time
  • Estimated delivery date

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU customers: All prices displayed include applicable VAT. No additional customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU.

UK and US customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. CycleBot has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


7. Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, CycleBot is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cyclebot.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@cyclebot.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. CycleBot cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@cyclebot.com. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
